Guitar is such a popular instrument because it is so versatile (and it looks cool obviously). It is used in rock bands, jazz groups, orchestras, churches, and even on the streets. Many people pick up the guitar because they love how it looks and sounds, because it is a beautiful instrument; however, many students don’t realize that it’s going to take persistence and practice. When their fingers first start getting tired, or the scales are too confusing, they put it down. Our guitar teachers encourage students to take it one step at a time, to persevere, and to have fun doing it! They will show you how to practice, and to master one small element after another - scales, chords, rhythms, listening skills, and theory all take time and patience - but they are so worth it.

Our teachers are classically trained, and they also teach pop, rock, blues and some jazz. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced students welcome!
