Our piano teachers are dedicated to making sure their students have a well-rounded understanding of playing music (while having fun of course!). You do not need a piano at first. Even a small keyboard will work for the first few months. Lessons typically involve learning:
Technique: It allows you to play freely and create the sound you want.
Reading Music accurately and quickly: This is vital if you want to truly enjoy picking up a piece of music.
Improvising and Listening: Skills so often lost in the classical world, but so important (especially if you want to play pop).
Theory: Will allow you to know why and how the music is moving. It will also make you better at reading the music!
Pricing: Starting at $125/month for weekly lessons. Varies depending on Instructor.
